Golden Nuggets: Bye Week Over

The bye week is officially over. The Niners now prepare to head north and face the Seattle Seahawks, who lost a home division game to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday night football. Blaine Gabbert will start his 2nd consecutive game and try his luck in the stadium where Colin Kaepernick had his most trouble in.

Good news coming out of the bye week is the news that reinforcements are coming to the offensive line in the form of Daniel Kilgore. The line played well against the Atlanta Falcons, but the Falcons are the worst team in sacks. Kilgore looks ready to be back for the home game against the Arizona Cardinals in 2 weeks time. The Niners also welcome back DeAndre Smelter to the receiving core.

Anquan Boldin and Carlos Hyde are still day to day as far as their injuries are concerned. Carlos Hyde should probably sit out unless he's 100% healthy because he is the future of the 49ers. Shaun Draughn looked good in his 1st game as a Niner and he should be given more game time this Sunday in Seattle.
