The San Francisco 49ers are back home in Santa Clara following their Week 8 loss to the St. Louis Rams. Jim Tomsula will meet with the media at 11:30 a.m. PT to discuss another disheartening effort. He will be followed by limited player availability.

We should get an update on Reggie Bush's knee, as well as the numerous other injuries the 49ers suffered on Sunday. Tomsula and the coaching staff will likely have given the tape at least one review, so maybe we get some answers as to what is next for this team. I imagine most notably, it would be nice to see what the plan is for an offense that is going nowhere fast.
