Golden Nuggets: Who's coaching who around here?

Your 49ers links for Thursday, December 24th, 2015

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is getting situated for some great holiday meal, family togetherness or whatever else you do around this time. For me, it's Christmas Eve, but for a lot of you, it could just be another day, for everyone, I hope this holiday season has been the best you've ever had.

And it looks like the Grinch stopped by a bit early this year. That report about Trent Baalke coaching safeties is a bad look for the organization. The San Francisco 49ers are the strangest group. Just when you think they may get it, they show you they don't. Just when you think they can't get any worse, they show you another dumb process that makes no sense.

This type of micromanaging is what destroys businesses, so its no surprise that we can add another ding to the 49ers poorly ran front office. No superior will know everything about their business, it's just not possible, you have to delegate and trust those you hire will do things the way you want it. It will be interesting, if anything more on this actually unfolds, but you don't need to look very far to see why the 49ers are losing games the way they are losing games.
