Giants-Vikings Sunday Night Football: Game time, TV schedule, live stream, odds

The Minnesota Vikings host the New York Giants on Week 16 Sunday Night Football. The Vikings still have a shot at the NFC North title, while the Giants are playing without Odell Beckham Jr. We break down the TV schedule, game time, streaming info and more.

We're back for the penultimate edition of Sunday Night Football for the 2015 regular season. This week's matchup features the Minnesota Vikings hosting the New York Giants on NBC, with the game set to kick off at 5:30 p.m. PT. We'll have other threads if you want to talk about the 49ers latest loss, so keep this one as just SNF.

NBC lucked out in that the Vikings still have something to play for on Sunday. Minnesota can secure a playoff berth with a win, but if they lose they will not yet clinch a berth. Additionally, a win moves them into a tie with the Green Bay Packers, and sets up Week 17 as winner-take-all between these two at Lambeau. The Giants were eliminated from playoff contention with Washington's Saturday win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Vikings are a 6.5-point favorite in this game for a couple reasons. The first is that the Giants just aren't that good. The second is Odell Beckham Jr. will not play while serving his one-game suspension. His appeal was denied earlier this week, so Eli Manning will be without his best wide receiver. I'd say this game will focus quite a bit on Adrian Peterson.
