The San Francisco 49ers dropped to 4-11 with their Week 16 loss to the Detroit Lions, and the team is back in Santa Clara to begin preparations for their season finale against the St. Louis Rams. Head coach Jim Tomsula will meet with the media at 11:30 a.m. PT for his weekly day-after press conference. That will be followed by player availability.
