Super Bowl commercials 2015: Jerry Rice and Mercedes prepare for tortoise vs. hare

San Francisco 49ers legend Jerry Rice is part of Mercedes's 2015 Super Bowl commercial build-up, and the teasers have been pretty funny so far. The three videos below have shown up during NBC's pre-game coverage. They are teasing a re-telling of the Aesop's Fables story of the race between the tortoise and the hare. I have no idea how this will pitch Mercedes, but so many Super Bowl commercials really don't do all that much to promote the product. When I saw the first teaser, I didn't even see that it was Mercedes. I searched YouTube for Jerry Rice commercial, and that brought it up.

Mercedes will air the full commercial in the fourth quarter of the game. I'll keep an eye on YouTube for the full commercial and drop it in once it's available. And if I see any other commercials connected to the 49ers in some way, I'll drop that in as well.
