The wide receivers are working out on Saturday, and San Francisco 49ers co-wide receivers coach Ronald Curry is one of the NFL assistants helping run the drills. As you can see in the picture above, he has had a chance to chat with Dorial Green-Beckham during the various drills. Curry and Adam Henry are among the 49ers assistants in Indianapolis. They are joined by secondary coach Tim Lewis, who will help run defensive backs through drills on Monday.
DGB is having a solid Combine thus far. He ran his two 40-yard dashes, finishing with a 4.50 and a 4.49. Those times are unofficial, but even if they end up a little bit slower, that is still quite impressive for a receiver that is 6'5 and 237 pounds. His 10-yard splits were 1.61 and 1.62.
The next two months leading up to the 2015 NFL Draft are going to feature all sorts of chatter about DGB, particularly among 49ers fans. None of us has any idea what the 49ers think of DGB. We've heard the "classy" comments, and that is clearly going to be a narrative among any potential 49ers targets in the draft. And if the 49ers do draft DGB, the snark will be oh so strong.
