You know it is a slow day in the NFL when a logo re-design is arguably the top story. It's even slower when the logo re-design is as amusingly basic as that of the Cleveland Browns.

OK, so they did change up the Dawg Pound logo a decent amount. But that darkening of the shade of orange? The Browns released a statement on the change, describing it as "a new orange color that matches the passion of the Dawg Pound. The new brown facemask represents the strength and toughness of Cleveland." Riiiiiiight.
SB Nation's James Dator took it upon himself to re-design the 49ers logo (and the rest of the NFL) using the stylings of the Cleveland Browns. I think this new look better reflects the level of class with which the 49ers will be winning football games in the future. I couldn't help myself!
