Golden Nuggets: Scouting Combine just around the corner

Though we have the NFL Scouting Combine coming up this month, we're briefly entering that part of the offseason in which the Golden Nuggets start to look a little ... sparse. From this point on, you'll probably see quite a few repeats, but don't blame it on me or any of the other fine folks who do the Nuggets here at Niners Nation, blame it on those lazy beat-writers.

Anyway -- the combine. It starts on Tuesday, Feb. 17, and I'm sure we'll have a ton of coverage even though I personally am immensely bored by the thing in general. I enjoy the drills but the rest of it is boring (and a little disturbing). I do wish there was some semblance of a skills competition -- I remember the league did that one time around the Pro Bowl and that was awesome (with current players). More of that stuff would be cool.
