NFL mock draft 2015: DraftSeason.Com All-Blogger Mock Draft

I had the pleasure of participating in DraftSeason.com's 2015 All-Blogger Mock Draft. Find who the 49ers land at 15.

Thanks to Matt Falk over at DraftSeason.com I was fortunate to participate in their annual All-Blogger Mock Draft which you can check out in full detail over at DraftSeason.

I made my pick back on March 2nd so it's worth noting it may have gone differently had I know what I know now. But then again, maybe not. I still think this pick is well worth it at 15.

15. San Francisco 49ers (www.ninersnation.com)

Selection: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma

49ersAnalysis: DGB’s talent is too immense to pass up for the 49ers at 15. If not for some off the field questions and a year away from the football field, DGB would probably be a top five-ten pick. With questions about the return of Stevie Johnson and the expected loss of Micheal Crabtree in free agency, the 49ers may be heading into the 2015 with only Anquan Boldin as a proven commodity at receiver. DGB would give them an immediate red zone threat and a receiver capable of stretching the field and winning in one-on-one’s on the outside. A weapon quarterback Colin Kaepernick desperately needs.

The decision came down to DGB and Oregon DE Arik Armstead. Call me crazy or maybe I don't have enough "class" but I'm all in on DGB at 15. He has top-five talent and has been vouched for by the coaches at Oklahoma and seems to have taken the steps to show he's worthy of being being drafted high. Risky, sure. But the reward...it's worth it.

For the record: Davante Parker was taken by Kevin Nogle of The Phinsider at 14. Had he been available he would have been the pick. Even if the 9ers land Torrey Smith, Davante Parker or DGB should be the pick if available at 15.
