We have an update on the Bruce Miller situation. The Santa Clara DA's office is reviewing the case and has a placeholder arraignment set for April 20. An arraignment date would be a bigger deal with charges actually being filed. I believe this is just having the date available if they do decide to press charges.
In the meantime, Matt Maiocco tweeted out a report the Santa Clara police released regarding the incident. We'll keep an eye out for more details. Feel free to discuss, but let's not speculate too much. We know that the alleged victim called the police and then hung up, and there is allegedly a separate witness to the events.
