The NFC coaches had their annual owners meeting media breakfast on Wednesday, which meant Jim Tomsula got to spend an hour chatting with 49ers and national media. He touched on a variety of topics, but this might have been his best line of the morning:

When I read that first quotation about the speed of life, I had two thoughts. The first was picturing Tomsula taking a drag off a cigarette in between the two sentences.
