San Francisco 49ers safety Antoine Bethea is enjoying the offseason with some serious travel. According to his Instagram account, he is visiting Dubai. A couple days ago, he posted this short video. In it, he rides down a sand dune on a snowboard. He struggles with balance and goes head first into the sand at the bottom of the dune. At least he didn't hurt himself!
