Golden Nuggets: 49ers getting their draft visits out of the way

Friday, April 10, 2015 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The NFL Draft is so close I can taste it. Due to my move, I've done a whole lot less studying up on prospects than I have in recent years, which means I have absolutely no idea how this is going to go down for the San Francisco 49ers but I'm no less excited for it. I have no idea what position the 49ers will be targeted in the first round, but I imagine they've already got a guy in mind -- that's just how Trent Baalke works. He finds his guy, he gets his guy and that's that.

I think there's a lot to the rumors about potentially trading up for a wide receiver. I don't necessarily think it's the smartest move given some of the other team needs at the moment, but I really think San Francisco desperately wanted in on someone like Odell Beckham last year, and couldn't move up due to the fact they were picking at the back of the round. Things are different this time around.

Anyway, draft visits are happening and such. Let's jump right in to your links for the day.
