Golden Nuggets: What position will 49ers go with in 1st round?

New, comments

Friday, April 17th, 2015 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning folks. I'm taking a very brief break from my Mortal Kombat X playing to write these Golden Nuggets. I just wanted you all to know that you're all a significant burden on me and I wish you didn't exist. ... I'm kidding, I just have all this fighting game hostility built up because I'm coming to grips with the fact that I'm getting older and by extension, crappy at video games. Anyway .... Football! 49ers! NFL Draft! Wooh!

The NFL Draft isn't far away now, and I have not even the slightest idea of what the San Francisco 49ers are going to do. I don't know what position they think is the biggest need, I don't know if a trade is likely (though at No. 15, I think the 49ers are in an excellent position, as far as trading in either direction is concerned) and I don't even know who I would want. All the guys I'm paying attention to are later-round guys (hint: Trey Flowers).

Onto your links for the day.
