Golden Nuggets: Let the Harbaugh stories end

Tuesday, April 21st, 2015 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from the Internet

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Alex Boone, one of Harbaugh's supporters last season, recently said that Harbaugh "kinda wore out his welcome" as the 49ers head coach. I'm sorry Alex, but is this the same guy that took you to 3 NFC titles games in a row? Alex also says, "He just keeps pushing you, and you're like, 'Dude, we got over the mountain. Stop. Let go." Uhhh, actually Alex, you didn't get over the mountain. You didn't win a Super Bowl, did you? He kept pushing because you didn't reach the top of the mountain.

We all know Jim is crazy. We could tell. We saw him yelling with saliva flying out of his mouth. We have seen his press conferences. He may be insane. But to say he's insane because he keeps pushing you isn't a good look for Alex Boone. As the saying goes: "You are getting better or you are getting worse. You never stay the same." Obviously, Alex wanted to get worse because he was satisfied where he was.

Chris Culliver supported Jim after the words from Boone. For the most part, it seemed that the locker room supported Jim through this past season. The front office, on the other hand, did not support Harbaugh. That is clear in the different stories given by management and Jim in wake of his leaving the organization. We are officially in the Tomsula era. Let Harbaugh go. He's gone!
