The San Francisco 49ers are through the first day of their voluntary minicamp, and it would appear NaVorro Bowman is taking part. He posted the following picture to Instagram with this caption:

Bowman is nearly 15 months removed from his knee injury in the NFC Champinonship Game, and is continuing his progress back. The 49ers will have some media availability on Wednesday, as well as a partially open practice, at least until team drills. We'll be keeping an eye out for updates on Bowman's return, as well as everything else going on in Santa Clara.
In the meantime, it is pretty sweet to see this!
