2015 NFL Draft: Best players available heading into day two

We take a look at the best prospects available going into day two of the NFL Draft.

Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

One round down, six to go in the 2015 NFL Draft. Rounds two and three will happen later tonight, and there are plenty of good names to be had at positions across the board. San Francisco 49ers general manager Trent Baalke is unpredictable, so any position could be up for grabs today. Let's take a look at who the 49ers might target among the best available players. We look at an NFL.com list below, but you can also check out Dan Kadar's at SB Nation.

- In round two especially, there are many intriguing names still left to be had by the time the 49ers are up to pick. And the added arsenal of picks acquired yesterday could help the 49ers trade up to nab who they want for sure in round two.

- I expect Jaelen Strong to go off the board in a hurry in round two, but after him I could see a receiver like Devin Smith or Dorial Green-Beckham Jr. being in range for the Niners. Those are the only wideouts I would draft in the second round.

- At linebacker Bernardrick Mckinney, Denzel Perryman, and Eric Kendricks are still on the board. McKinney is my favorite of the bunch. He was around the football constantly the entire year and was an anchor for a Mississipi State defense that had one of its best seasons in a very long time.

- The 49ers didn't really miss out on many cornerbacks in round one. Jalen Collins, Ronald Darby, D'Joun Smith, Quinten Rollins, Doran Grant, Senquez Golson, Josh Smith, Alex Carter, Steven Nelson, all are still on the board.

- Tight end could be an option in round two and three, as Vance McDonald hasn't really produced much yet. Maxx Williams and Clive Warford are the big names to keep an eye out for.

These are just a few of the positions the 49ers could target today. What positions do you think the 49ers will draft in rounds two and three? What players do you want them to draft?

Soon we will find out. Get your popcorn ready, again.
