Ahmad Brooks, Ray McDonald accused in sexual assault lawsuit

The Ray McDonald situation seemed to be in the past, but a new issue has arisen. According to TMZ, the woman involved has filed suit against both McDonald and Ahmad Brooks for assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. While this is a TMZ report, noted attorney Gloria Allred is representing the woman and had a press conference planned for today. I'll keep an eye out for the lawsuit.

According to TMZ, the woman's lawsuit claims there is video-taped surveillance showing her slip and fall on the deck around McDonald's pool. She says she was unconscious for more than eight minutes, and claims:

While she was blacked out, the woman claims the video will show McDonald's friend Brooks "groped her person in a sexual manner."

She claims McDonald then carried her up to his bedroom where he had sex with her ... without her consent.

McDonald filed a defamation lawsuit, but obviously this is not coming to an end anytime soon. The San Francisco 49ers and Bruce Miller agreed he would remain away during his legal proceedings. Given that this is a civil lawsuit and not a criminal action, we'll see what the 49ers do with Brooks.
