Good morning everyone. Well, here we are again, a 49er player is once again wrapped up in a sexual assault case. Ahmad Brooks is being accused of groping a woman in the same case as the second Ray McDonald incident from last year that resulted in his termination from the team. I'm going to spare you my opinion on this because I don't have one and find it hard that anyone could. I would like to believe that Ahmad is innocent and that this is the work of some evil woman looking for a pay day, but I don't know. I just hope this can be sorted out one way or another before football starts.

The basic gist of this woman's case is that she was at a party with Ray McDonald, and Ahmad Brooks was there as well. At some point she slipped on a "dangerous and negligent" pool deck and suffered a serious head injury. Ray McDonald apparently thought she was dead and was not looking forward to the obvious scandal that would present. So we get from that point, to her regaining some form of consciousness and Ahmad Brooks fondling her. Next,  Ray McDonald took her, half conscious, up to his bed and... I don't know. There is a part of me that thinks that a man who already had domestic violence hanging over his neck like a noose would not drag a half conscious woman up to his bed. But if I have learned anything in my time here, it is very dangerous to apply what does and does not make sense to me to an NFL player. To the links!
