We know. Every week we keep saying we're going to move on from Jim Harbaugh and start posting relevant stuff on Jim Tomsula. Of course, with Harbaugh being Harbaugh, we just can't move on. There's something about the guy's charisma that just keeps us coming back for more.
I found this on YouTube a few years ago and surprisingly, it's still there today. This was done during Harbaugh's time at the University of San Diego. It clocks in at around 1 hour, 22 minutes and it's got great Harbaugh-ism's throughout.
What's interesting (and relevant to our 49ers) is I felt it really gave an in-depth look of Harbaugh's philosophy about quarterbacks and Kaepernick's development. I'm not going to say this is what led to the Colin Kaepernick we all know and love today, but it definitely shines light on a couple things that make us understand Harbaugh's offense/QB development mindset. A lot of what Kaepernick does/did seems to echo from what Harbaugh brings up in this seminar, for better or worse.
It's a pretty good watch regardless. I turned it on thinking it would only be five minutes of "meh" and wound up listening to it/watching the entire thing. Part of the interest factor is how into it Harbaugh is. I don't think I've seen him this talkative ever.
Just a disclaimer for everyone: Harbaugh does slip some profanity in the video. He doesn't go on a tirade or anything, but it's something to keep in mind if you tend to avoid that sort of thing.
