The San Francisco 49ers kick off their first practice of training camp Saturday evening, which means it is once again time for our social media breakdown. I realize not everybody is on social media, but there are numerous ways to track the team on things like Instagram, Facebook, and now Snapchat.
The return of training camp means plenty of news and discussion from practice. The media gets access to the first two weeks of practice, and will have tweets during, and reports after, breaking down everything that happened. We'll keep an eye on what comes out of camp, but for the quick, live information, you'll want to keep an eye on Twitter. Instagram and Snapchat provide useful options as well, but Twitter remains the primary news source. It's worth noting that for the media tweets, I'll have an embedded list in our daily open thread, so if you're not on Twitter, you won't be in the dark.
Media
The 49ers have numerous media members following them, and this list is not all-inclusive, so please feel free to add any suggestions I might have overlooked. Also, Jennifer Chan will be there on behalf of NN for weekend practices. Give her a follow on Twitter. And as always, you can follow Niners Nation on Twitter and Facebook.
The first group of reporters are the people expected to be on site just about every day of training camp. They will have frequent updates on Twitter and at their websites. You can check each one individually, or you can check out this list. With players already reported in, here is an embedded version of the list:

The second group are folks that will be there a decent amount, but probably not every single day. Tim Kawakami covers all Bay Area sports, and likely will split some time between the 49ers and Raiders, while wrapping up the Giants and A's seasons. Our old friend Bay Area Sports Guy will spend some time at camp as well over the next month, although he usually splits time with Giants games.
The third group include random media that make some appearances here and there.

Players
I have a Twitter list of the 49ers players that are on Twitter. If you're not super familiar with Twitter, in that link, click on "Tweets" on the left side to see the actual tweets from the players. Obviously they will not be tweeting during practice, but they can have some interesting stuff before and after. Here is the embedded list of players:

Front Office
The 49ers front office is knowledgeable when it comes to social media. Of the accounts below, Taylor Price and Scott Kegley are the two most likely to provide notable details from training camp. You can also find the 49ers on Snapchat at officialsf49ers. The 49ers social media team sends out a lot of fun, short videos.
