The San Francisco 49ers are dealing with a couple injuries on Thursday that hopefully prove to be fairly minimal in nature. The team is conducting a joint practice with the Denver Broncos, and linebacker Nick Moody and cornerback Tramaine Brock both went to the sideline with leg injuries. After practice, head coach Jim Tomsula said he spoke with both players and is comfortable with where they are at.
Jim Tomsula talked with Brock (leg) and Moody (knee), doesn't believe either injury is bad. "We're in great shape with that" -Tomsula

The 49ers do not have an open practice on Friday, and then face the Broncos in preseason action on Saturday. We likely will not know their respective statuses until near to game time. The 49ers will usually announce the expected preseason inactives an hour or two before the game. I actually would not mind Brock sitting out the game just to get some of the other cornerbacks more time with the first team defense. Dontae Johnson has gotten some first team work this week, and the team could spend some time rotating bodies on Saturday.
