The San Francisco 49ers wrap up their practice week on Friday before departing for Glendale to face the Arizona Cardinals. There is no word on what day they will depart, but since it will be the same time zone, and not a particularly long flight, my guess is they will depart sometime Saturday morning.
The team will hold their final practice on Friday at 11:40 a.m. PT, so it is also possible they head down to Arizona Friday afternoon and get comfortable. Practice will be preceded by Jim Tomsula's final press conference of the week. Tomsula will meet the media at 10:55 a.m. PT. The final injury report will arrive a little later in the afternoon, but Tomsula will provide some kind of heads-up on the status of the injured players.
