NFL Week 3 game schedule: Game time, live streaming, TV channel, how to watch, viewing guide, announcers

We take a look at the full Week 3 NFL schedule. We've got the full TV schedule, as well as a rooting guide.

Fooch's note: This will be our AM game thread.

Welcome back to Sunday football! Week 3 of the 2015 NFL season is back, following the Thursday Night Football appetizer. The New York Giants beat Washington 32-21 to get a critical first win. We return today with 14 different games, and I have put together a viewing guide looking at our rooting interests, and providing an open thread for the early games. It is only Week 3, but I figure we can already starting figuring out who we are rooting for and against. It is worth noting some of these are gambling interests for me, so feel free to adjust accordingly!

The San Francisco 49ers don't get going until the afternoon schedule, kicking off against the Arizona Cardinals at 1:05 p.m. PT. We'll have open threads and more content about that. Before then, this thread will get bumped back to the top a little before 10 a.m. PT. We'll then have another thread for Sunday Night Football.

Down below is everything you need to know about how to watch the various games. Click here to see which game is broadcasted in your region. The Bay Area gets Raiders-Browns early on CBS, and then Bears-Seahawks late on CBS. The 49ers game will be on FOX in the afternoon.

Sunday, Sept. 27

San Diego Chargers at Minnesota Vikings

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: CBS
Announcers: Ian Eagle Dan Fouts

ROOTING INTEREST: Vikings - Got Minnesota at -2.5. I think Adrian Peterson and Teddy Bridgewater can carry the day! If you don't have money involved, root for San Diego.

Pittsburgh Steelers at St. Louis Rams

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: CBS
Announcers: Greg Gumbel, Trent Green

ROOTING INTEREST: Steelers - Got the Steelers, and I wouldn't mind seeing the Rams take another loss.

Jacksonville Jaguars at New England Patriots

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: CBS
Announcers: Kevin Harlan, Rich Gannon

ROOTING INTEREST: Jaguars - Jacksonville got a big win last week, but is a huge underdog, at approximately two touchdowns. I'm pulling for them to hang tough.

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: CBS
Announcers: Andrew Catalon, Steve Beuerlein, Steve Tasker

ROOTING INTEREST: Bengals - I don't mind seeing the Ravens get buried dropped to 0-3.

Oakland Raiders at Cleveland Browns

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: CBS
Announcers: Carter Blackburn, Chris Simms

ROOTING INTEREST: Raiders - I like pulling for the Raiders when they're not facing the 49ers.

Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: CBS
Announcers: Tom McCarthy, Adam Archuleta

ROOTING INTEREST: Colts - I would like to see Frank Gore and Andrew Luck get back on track (and get me the cover on the field goal spread!).

Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: FOX
Announcers: Joe Buck, Troy Aikman

ROOTING INTEREST: Falcons - Always rooting against the Cowboys, even with Brandon Weeden at quarterback.

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Jets

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: FOX
Announcers: Kevin Burkhardt, John Lynch

ROOTING INTEREST: Jets - I would love to see the Eagles collapse even further, into an 0-3 hole.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Houston Texans

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: FOX
Announcers: Kenny Albert, Daryl Johnson

ROOTING INTEREST: Bucs - This is one instance where I will root for the NFC squad in an inter-conference matchup. I wouldn't mind seeing the Bucs find some success with their rookie quarterback.

New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers

Start time: 10:00 AM PT
TV channel: FOX
Announcers: Chris Myers, Ronde Barber

ROOTING INTEREST: Panthers - The Saints don't stand a chance with Drew Brees sidelined, and I don't mind seeing them further buried (and getting me the Panthers cover on a 4.5-point spread).

San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals

Start time: 1:05 PM PT
TV channel: FOX
Announcers: Thom Brennaman, Charles Davis, Tony Siragusa

ROOTING INTEREST: Tough call

Chicago Bears at Seattle Seahawks

Start time: 1:25 PM PT
TV channel: CBS
Announcers: Andrew Catalon, Steve Tasker, Steve Beuerlein

ROOTING INTEREST: Bears - They stand no chance with Jimmy Clausen at quarterback, and no Alshon Jeffery, but I'll still root for them.

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins

Start time: 1:25 PM PT
TV channel: FOX
Announcers: Spero Dedes, Solomon Wilcots

ROOTING INTEREST: Bills - I can root for Rex Ryan in this one.

Denver Broncos at Detroit Lions

Start time: 5:30 PM PT
TV channel: NBC
Announcers: Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth

ROOTING INTEREST: Broncos - I enjoy rooting against the Lions, even without Jim Schwartz there!

Monday, Sept. 28

Kansas City Chiefs at Green Bay Packers

Start time: 5:30 PM PT
TV channel: ESPN
Announcers: Jon Gruden, Mike Tirico

ROOTING INTEREST: Going Packers this week. I normally root for the Packers loss, but I got them at -6.5 in my SuperContest picks. Picks trumps all in this case! If you don't have money on this game, root for the Chefs!
