San Francisco 49ers legend Ronnie Lott had a short message of encouragement for members of the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers need to do some serious work on execution and game-planning, but I suppose some words of encouragement are always welcome. Maybe it would help getting some of these guys in the locker room firing guys up. Whatever the case, here you go!
