The San Francisco 49ers are kicking off their game week today, with Jim Tomsula scheduled to meet with the media at noon PT. There will be team meetings, but I believe the first formal practice of the week is not until Thursday. Teams normally practice Wednesday through Friday, but Monday Night Football usually means Thursday through Saturday practice sessions.

Tomsula spoke about roster cuts over the weekend, so this one should involve more questions specific to Monday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. The most significant question would probably be what Tramaine Brock's status is looking like. We'll get a better handle when the 49ers release their various injury reports, but hopefully we get some kind of insight today from Tomsula. This is his first regular season game week press conference since taking over as head coach, so we'll see how much it differs from Harbaugh.
