The San Francisco 49ers face the Minnesota Vikings in the late Monday Night Football game to kick off the season. This means we get to listen to Chris Berman and Trent Dilfer call the game. Whatever your thoughts on Dilfer, he will have plenty to say about the 49ers.
Dilfer spent some time earlier this week breaking down film of both the 49ers and Vikings, and had a lot of thoughts on Twitter. Yesterday, we took a look at his thoughts on Colin Kaepernick. Today I wanted to post his tweets about the 49ers defense. Dilfer is the analyst for Monday's game, and I imagine he will reference a few of these things throughout the evening. It is a nice mix of both positive and negative thoughts.
