The San Francisco 49ers coach search went off the rails Sunday night and into Monday, but we might get some resolution sooner rather than later. Mike Silver, NFL Network reporter and captain of the Hue Jackson beat thanks to a friendship with the Bengals coordinator, had this to say when asked how long it would take for some resolution.

And in case you're wondering where things stand with the 49ers, Jason LaCanfora had some tweets that might calm down some folks. If it comes down to a push for personnel power, I imagine the 49ers do not get Jackson, but we'll find out one way or another sometime soon. And so, the wait continues.
