Look who's in the house? Chip Kelly was hired by the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday, and it is obviously not a surprise that he was at the facility all that day, and into Friday. The team has not yet held an introductory press conference, but it is believed to be planned for later next week. My guess is it will be Wednesday or Thursday, but we'll see what the schedule brings.
In the meantime, the 49ers provided photographic proof that Chip Kelly and Trent Baalke have in fact been in the same room. And more importantly, they did not kill each other. Maybe this can work out! In the meantime, the potential captions for this picture would be kind of amazing......
