Golden Nuggets: 49ers hiring coaches, Eddie D. on the cusp of the Hall of Fame

Good morning everyone! Sorry about the short Nuggets and the lack of posting from me this week, the Girlie had minor surgery on Monday and it's been a bit hectic around my house. Of course, I'm also covering both the NFL playoffs and the entire Australian Open with SB Nation, and if you want to confirm this lack of availability, just ask Overlord Fooch and he'll tell you I've been completely terrible at returning emails and meeting deadlines.

As far as the San Francisco 49ers are concerned, they have hired some more position coaches and at this point, I think trying to figure out which ones will benefit and which ones are bad is something of a fool's errand. Chip Kelly is not an idiot, I just hope he has a lot of say in what's going down and Trent Baalke isn't just assembling things as he sees fit.

Also, there's more and more talk about Eddie Debartolo making the Hall of Fame and I seriously, seriously hope he makes it. It's a travesty that there are people who don't want him in. Anyway, onto your links for the day.
