If the 49ers lose and the Chargers lose, San Francisco picks fifth. If the 49ers lose and the Chargers win, the 49ers pick fourth. If the 49ers win, they will pick seventh because the 5-10 Jacksonville Jaguars and Baltimore Ravens both lost, while the 5-10 Miami Dolphins won.
The Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, and Dallas Cowboys all lost on Sunday. The Titans and Browns will pick first and second in the 2016 NFL Draft due to their 3-13 records. The Titans get the first pick due to strength of schedule. Based on the strength of schedule formula, I don't believe the 49ers can move past the Dallas Cowboys or San Diego Chargers. With the AM results, I have the 49ers SOS tentatively at .544, with the Cowboys at .532, and the Chargers at .524.
