Good morning everyone. The San Francisco 49ers have been bad at times and surprisingly decent at others through three weeks of play. What’s maddening to me is that there doesn’t seem to be any clear path forward. There is no one move I can point to and say “this is what they need to do to improve.”
This offseason, that move was hiring a real head coach and parting ways with Jim Tomsula. It has improved the team, to an extent. But things are still not looking great.
Today, the 49ers will play the Dallas Cowboys, an out-of-division rival whom I cannot accurately describe in words that I’m allowed to type. The Cowboys are the only real NFL team that I hate and if the 49ers manage to beat them on Sunday, it will certainly make my day. Of course, I’m not expecting this so we’re probably just doomed.
Onto your links for the day, yeah?
