Bears vs. Packers, Thursday Night Football: How to watch via live stream

Thursday Night Football is back for Week 7, with the Green Bay Packers hosting the Chicago Bears. Here's all you need to know about the game, including how to watch the game via free online stream.

Week 7 of the NFL season is upon us, and we kick things off with Thursday Night Football. The Green Bay Packers host the Chicago Bears in an NFC North rivalry matchup to get the week started. CBS gets tonight’s game, with Jim Nantz and Phil Simms calling it.

The Packers enter this game 3-2, coming off a home loss to the surging Dallas Cowboys. Aaron Rodgers is looking incredibly mortal, and he will be playing without starting running back Eddie Lacy (ankle), and primary backup James Starks (knee). The Packers acquired Knile Davis in a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday.

The Bears are 1-5, but might have a new option at quarterback for the near future. Brian Hoyer has emerged as a decent option, and more importantly a cheaper option than Jay Cutler.

The Packers are a 7.5 point favorite. Green Bay has struggled with consistency, but a majority of people are still betting on the Packers to win this one. They are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games against the Bears. I’m rooting for the Bears for draft purposes, but I’m leaning Packers laying the points.

Twitter has the rights to the live stream for this game, but in a cool bit of news, SB Nation worked out a partnership with Twitter and the NFL which allows us to host the live stream. You can watch it over at Twitter, or head here. Pretty cool stuff!
