Giants vs. Rams in London: Game time, TV schedule, odds

The Week 7 Sunday schedule gets off to an especially early start, as the New York Giants and Los Angeles Rams square off in London. The game takes place at Twickenham Stadium, the first one in London outside of Wembley Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:30 a.m. PT, so we can enjoy a little breakfast with our football. Well, earlier breakfast for west coast folks. The game will broadcast exclusively on NFL Network, with a broadcast crew including Kevin Harlan, Dan Fouts, and Stacy Dales.

The NFL keeps pushing these early broadcast London games, and while I get mixing it up a bit, this one in particular is odd. The Rams have moved to LA, and suddenly you’re going to make their SoCal-based fans get up this early in the morning? It is things like this that make me think the NFL is not thinking this through entirely right.

The Giants are a 2.5-point favorite in this neutral site game. I picked the Giants in this one, as I think the Rams could be trending in the wrong direction. Both teams are 3-3, so draft implications are not a big deal in this one. I think both teams are likely to end up with more wins than the 49ers.
