Almost forgot about the Arizona Cardinals practice today! The Cardinals wrapped up their practice after the San Francisco 49ers, and there is a particularly pertinent piece of information from the team’s practice participation report.
Carson Palmer sat out a second straight day of practice. He is working his way through the concussion protocol, and this would suggest he has not been cleared for football activities. The Cardinals promoted QB Zac Dysert off the practice squad on Tuesday. That coupled with Palmer not practicing on Tuesday suggests it is highly unlikely Palmer will be active, let alone play on Thursday.
Drew Stanton....come on down!
