The San Francisco 49ers released their final injury report on Friday as they prepare to depart for South Florida to face the Miami Dolphins. The 49ers had a walkthrough instead of a full practice, but we have some helpful information from the session.
The most notable news is that outside linebacker Eli Harold is not listed on the final injury report. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but was listed as full for Friday’s walkthrough. If the probable tag still existed he would have gotten that, but without it, he looks good to go for Sunday.
The 49ers listed Quinton Dial, Aaron Lynch, Torrey Smith, and Jimmie Ward as questionable. Dial is of note because he has been limited all week with knee and neck issues. He was listed as limited Wednesday and Thursday last week, and then full on Friday. This week, he was limited all week so his status appears to be a bit more up in the air.
Ward was listed as limited on Thursday and Friday after missing Tuesday and Wednesday due to his Week 11 concussion. He seems like very much a 50/50 for Sunday, and it likely depends entirely on if he is asymptomatic Saturday and into Sunday.
Smith was listed as limited all week as he tries to get over a shoulder injury. He sounds ready to get back out there, but we’ll have to wait until inactives are released at 8:30 a.m. PT on Sunday.
