The San Francisco 49ers are back from Atlanta following an ugly loss to the Falcons, and the coaching staff is beginning preparations for Week 16 against the Los Angeles Rams. Head coach Chip Kelly will meet with the media at noon PT. He does not meet with the team’s trainer until 1:30, so we’re not going to get much in the way of injury updates.
