The San Francisco 49ers wrap up a two-game road trip this weekend when they face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. The 49ers faced the Miami Dolphins in Week 12, and then spent the week in Orlando before heading north to Chicago for their Week 13 contest. The 49ers have lost ten straight to drop to 1-10, while the Bears sit at 2-9. Draft pick glory is on the line!

The 49ers entered the week as a three-point underdog, but the line has dropped to even as the week closes out. The 49ers have been underdogs every week this season, and their lowest line prior to this week was +2.5 against the Los Angeles Rams to start the season. It has been downhill ever since, and the lines have reflected that. The 49ers are 2-8-1 against the spread after a push last week in Miami.

It is not entirely surprising that a lot of people think the 49ers will win this game. The 49ers offense has shown some life, and the run defense has improved in recent weeks. They are still a bad team, but they face a bad Bears team this week. Chicago will be starting Matt Barkley, and will be without wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and both starting inside linebackers. They are stumbling, and a 49ers win would not surprise me at all.
