Lions vs. Cowboys, MNF: Game time, TV schedule, online streaming, announcers, odds

Will the Cowboys rest their starters on Monday Night Football?

Welcome to the season finale of Monday Night Football. Week 17 features all 16 games on Sunday, so tonight marks the final MNF game until next Fall. The newly minted NFC East champion Dallas Cowboys (12-2) play host to the Detroit Lions (9-5) who are looking to clinch a division of their own. The game airs on ESPN, with kickoff scheduled for 5:30 p.m. PT. Sean McDonough and Jon Gruden will call the game from the booth, and Lisa Salters will have reports from the sideline.

The Cowboys clinched the NFC East and home field throughout the playoffs with the New York Giants Thursday Night Football loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. That means Dallas has nothing to play for these final two weeks. They will want to keep their players fresh knowing they also have a first round bye coming along, but they also can rest banged up players. It makes for some interesting strategy.

The Cowboys are a 7.5-point favorite, and heavy money is on the Lions in this one. I’ll lay the points with Dallas!
