Good morning everyone. The NFL Combine is in full swing and I gotta say, watching the quarterbacks yesterday was a treat. I liked what I saw for the most part and, truthfully, I'm starting to really come around on the idea of the San Francisco 49ers spending a first-round pick on a quarterback. I haven't picked a favorite yet because I'm behind on my draft study, but I saw some really good things from all of the top contenders in my mind.
What I did not like was the tight end market. Good lord, that's an underwhelming group of players. I just don't see anything to be excited about with that group of tight ends and would rather roll with whatever Blake Bell and Rory Anderson can provide going forward. Still, the 49ers have some serious issues at the position and I'd like it if they could get one of the reliable tight ends on the market.
Anyway ... let's get to your links for the day, yeah?
