Good morning! Fooch flashed the Pat-signal on his plane and here I am to deliver you some links. Big news of the day is that, well, that Colin Kaepernick report to the Jets is now "untrue". Whatever. At this point the whole Colin Kaepernick drama is just that: gossip. Until someone goes on the record or I hear otherwise, the only thing I can elicit from all of this is nods. This won't be the last Colin Kaepernick rumor or leak so we may as well keep our minds open to the humor and amusement coming.
And speaking of amusement, nothing was more amusing than watching ESPN do that lame spin on Brandon Marshall's "I don't want Kaepernick" report. Nothing better than watching what was once a well respected news source twist and turn news to get people clicking. I can't complain though, I still go there since there are some good kernels of information to be excavated out of that media circus, and there are some damn talented reporters in there whom I enjoy reading/watching. It's just a shame that they work side by side with shows like First Take that blow things out of proportion.
