I think we do know where Montana and Rice were prior to this picture. He and Montana were at some kind of event with Eddie DeBartolo and other past members of the San Francisco 49ers. Rice tweeted out this picture with Eddie and company Thursday evening. Maybe Rice and Montana are still drunk from what was probably a pretty fun evening.
