The legal tampering period opened Monday, and free agency signings will formally begin at 1 p.m. PT on Wednesday. In the meantime, rumors are running rampant. First up, here are the 49ers free agents. The 49ers have reportedly decided to tender Michael Wilhoite and Jordan Devey. Those moves have not formally been announced by the 49ers, so they remain on the "rumor list" until the press release comes out. For now though, here are the current 49ers players not under contract.
