The NFL announced on Wednesday that the 2016 NFL schedule is completed, but would not provide an announce date. NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy tweeted out that information Wednesday morning. Naturally someone is working on one of those big balls people use to maintain proper posture. Something about that cracks me up.
'16 #NFL regular season sked is done. stay tuned for announcement on when it'll be announced pic.twitter.com/46jpmEwuJc

The schedule is likely to be announced next week. Some folks have said NFL Network commercials have said next Thursday, April 21, but I have not seen anything specific on that. The NFL will not wait for draft week to announce it since they'll have plenty of publicity already. The schedule has been released the week before the draft recently, so I would expect the same thing this year.
The 49ers will get at least one prime time game as everybody gets a Thursday Night Football game. Beyond that, it will be interesting to see how many prime time games they get following an awful 2015 season. Chip Kelly brings enough interest to justify at least one more, but I would not expect the full four or five we often see. I'll guess three, including the mandatory TNF game.
Home opponents: Arizona, Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, Tampa Bay, New England, NY Jets, Dallas
Away opponents: Arizona, Los Angeles, Seattle, Atlanta, Carolina, Buffalo, Miami, Chicago
