49ers preseason schedule: Full list of opponents, dates, times

New, comments

The 49ers have two preseason games on NFL Network. Here's the full schedule.

The San Francisco 49ers preseason schedule list of opponents was announced earlier this month, but we now have the full list of dates and times. And good news for 49ers fans outside the Bay Area. Two of the four games will be simulcast on NFL Network. All four games are broadcast on the local CBS station, and none of them are "national" games. However, their opener against Houston and their Week 3 matchup against Green Bay are going to be available on NFL Network.

The games will also be available via live online stream on the NFL Rewind program. They used to have a Preseason Live that meant only paying for preseason games, but the NFL combined it with NFL Rewind, so you pay for the whole thing. Kind of lame.

I'm super excited for these 7 p.m. PT starts the final two weeks. There's a decent chance I'll be in Las Vegas for the Packers game, so it's not the end of the world, but the 10 p.m. ET start for the final preseason game is always miserable. But, I sacrifice for the greater good!

Here's the full schedule, with all times listed as PT.

Sunday, August 14: vs. Houston Texans - 4 p.m. - KPIX 5/NFL Network
Saturday, August 20: @ Denver Broncos - 6 p.m. - KPIX 5
Friday, August 26: vs. Green Bay Packers - 7 p.m. - KPIX 5/NFL Network
Thursday, September 1: @ San Diego Chargers - 7 p.m. - KPIX 5
