The top two picks of the 2016 NFL Draft seem all but certain at this point. Jared Goff and Carson Wentz are expected to go No. 1 and No. 2 to the Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles. The San Francisco 49ers sit at No. 7, and their pick depends on what the San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Baltimore Ravens do at picks three through six.
With that in mind, I thought we would track rumors and mock drafts for these four picks in order to see what may or may not be happening. We have a decent idea of the targeted players, but any of these teams could surprise. All four teams are likely talking trade with other teams as well. We'll add tweets and links as other rumors circulate.
3. San Diego Chargers

Rumors: The team has been connected to Jalen Ramsey, Laremy Tunsil, and DeForest Buckner. Matt Miller has said those are the three favorites. However, Mike Silver mentioned that the team might consider Ronnie Stanley at three overall.

I think the Chargers go with a defensive player or trade down. They could always use more help on the offensive line, but I think they look at Jalen Ramsey as the bigger impact option.

4. Dallas Cowboys
Rumors: The team held their pre-draft press conference, and said they will most likely stay at No. 4 and make their pick. The team has been connected with DE Joey Bosa and RB Ezekiel Elliott fairly regularly. Matt Miller reported the team is zoned in on Jalen Ramsey, and if the Chargers take him, Ezekiel Elliott is "100 percent in play."

5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Rumors: Myles Jack has been the guy mentioned most frequently in connection with the Jaguars. It all comes down to his medical issues. Matt Miller said if Jack passes his medicals, he will be the pick, but Joey Bosa would be the top pick after Jack. It seems almost certain the team drafts a defensive player in this spot.

6. Baltimore Ravens
Rumors: ESPN is reporting the Ravens are focused on Joey Bosa, and if he is gone, the team will look at other pass rushers, like Shaq Lawson and Leonard Floyd. Ozzie Newsome is a BPA kind of guy, so if Laremy Tunsil slips to No. 6, he seems like a strong candidate.
