Golden Nuggets: 49ers' Tank Carradine looking slim

New, comments

Friday, May 20th, 2016 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Good morning everyone. I'm not certain if anything interesting is happening with the San Francisco 49ers, as I'm far too hyped on watching the San Jose Sharks dominate the St. Louis Blues. I'd say I like the Sharks about as much as I like the 49ers, so needless to say I'm feeling pretty good as I write this early on Friday morning.

I did see some video of Tank Carradine hitting the blocking sleds, which is good to see. He certainly looks slimmed down, and certainly looks quicker for it. I only hope the talent and ceiling he had that made him a top pick by the 49ers extends to him actually growing into a competent linebacker.

From Eli Harold bulking up to Carradine slimming down, I hope the 49ers find something out of that grouping (or even Corey Lemonier) to start opposite Aaron Lynch so the team can finally move on from Ahmad Brooks. Anyway, let's get on to your links for the day.
