49ers offensive coordinator Curtis Modkins to meet media on Thursday

What do you want to hear from him?

The San Francisco 49ers are back at practice today, beginning their final set of OTAs. They will hold sessions Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, before wrapping up the offseason workout program next week with mandatory minicamp next week. Head coach Chip Kelly met with the media during the first set of OTAs, and defensive coordinator Jim O'Neil met with the media during the second set. The media availability this week will feature offensive coordinator Curtis Modkins on Thursday.

Modkins is scheduled to meet the media at 10:20 a.m. PT on Thursday. That will be followed by practice at 10:40 a.m., and then player availability at 12:40 p.m. I don't believe CSN will be streaming any of this, particularly since the NBA Finals start that night and there will be plenty to cover there. But 49ers.com will have a live stream we can follow.

Jennifer Chan will be on hand for the the media sessions, and once again I thought I would open the floor for any questions you all might have for Modkins. This is an interesting one given that we are all looking at this as Chip Kelly's offense. Modkins has experience has a run game coordinator, so my guess is that he will be actively involved in that aspect of the coordinating role. I'm curious to see what he'll have to say about other aspects of the offense, but the run game might be where he can most informative.
