Golden Nuggets: 49ers wrap up voluntary OTA practices

San Francisco 49ers links for June 3, 2016.

Good morning everyone. Hopefully, there are plenty of Golden State Warriors fans among the San Francisco 49ers here on Niners Nation, and hopefully they had a great time watching a great game on Thursday evening. And if, like me, you also happen to love the San Jose Sharks, I sincerely hope that you haven’t completely given up on everything after their 0-2 series hole.

I also suppose it’s possible that many of you, perhaps even a majority, know nothing about and care nothing for those two teams above. Because the 49ers had a long period of sustained success in the 80’s and 90’s, they picked up a fanbase that was a lot more spread out than others. You’ll see the same thing with the Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers and teams like that.

If you happen to fit into that demographic well … I’ve got virtually nothing for you because there isn’t anything happening with the 49ers at this time. They’re going through organized team activities at this point and I’ve already seen more than enough people being totally ridiculous with their overreactions based on those reports.

So business as usual. Onto your links for the day.
